LegalPrecision.ai LLC is not a law firm. Nothing on this site or in any report we produce is legal advice, a substitute for legal advice, or the formation of an attorney-client relationship. Our reports are document-analysis tools. Decisions about your legal matter are yours to make, with or without an attorney of your choosing.

What you get

When you purchase a review, you get a written report that compares your primary document to any supporting documents you provide. The report cites the documents and pages it relies on. Where the documents are unclear or incomplete, the report says so and suggests what to ask for.

What you do not get

• A legal opinion.
• A conclusion about how anyone has acted.
• A guarantee of any outcome in any legal matter.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. If you are not satisfied with your report, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@legalprecision.ai and we will work with you on a revision or refund.

Use of your documents

We process the documents you upload solely to produce your report and to respond to your questions about it. We do not use your documents to train models. See our privacy notice for retention details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit documents you do not have the right to share, and not to use our reports to harass, defame, or threaten any person.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
