Disclaimer
Not a law firm. Not legal advice. LegalPrecision.ai LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company that builds document-review software. We are not a law firm, we do not practice law in any jurisdiction, and nothing we publish or deliver is legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship.
What our reports are
Each of our products (Review Legal Bill, Review Court Order, Review Court Filing, Review Attorney Retainer) reads a primary document you upload and produces a structured report. The report points out items in the document that warrant attention, cites the section of the document or the public rule each finding maps to, and offers structured questions you can take to a licensed attorney. It does not tell you what to do, and it does not represent you.
What our reports are not
- They are not a substitute for representation by a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
- They do not determine the outcome of a case, dispute, or filing.
- They do not establish or imply a fiduciary, attorney-client, or accountant-client relationship.
- They do not guarantee any particular result.
You are responsible for your decisions
Reading a report from LegalPrecision.ai is one input you can use in a larger decision-making process. You should consult a licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction before taking, or not taking, any legal action. The questions surfaced in our reports are designed to help you have a more informed conversation with that attorney; they are not the conversation itself.
Jurisdictional notes
We do not practice law and we are not authorized to provide legal services in any U.S. state or in any foreign jurisdiction. In some U.S. states, certain features of our products are restricted by local unauthorized-practice-of-law rules; those restrictions are surfaced in the affected product before you pay. If we cannot serve your jurisdiction for a given product, we will not charge you.
Accuracy of source citations
Our reports cite public sources (statutes, rules of professional conduct, court rules, government publications). We make a reasonable effort to keep these citations current, but rules change. Any citation should be verified against the current text of the applicable rule in your jurisdiction before being relied on.
